Surf Lessons

Our lessons are 2 hours, unlike most pother companies that are 90 minutes. The  lessons include a 5-10 minute land lesson with our professional instructors (our head instructor is one of only 29 ISA Certified instructors in Costa Rica and certified lifeguard, first aid and CPR) and a maximum 4:1 student to teacher ratio, unlike other companies that go up to 6:1. We provide you surf boards, rash guards, ice water and fresh cut pineapple and transportation if needed,. As well we typically take lots of pictures of your lesson which can be purchased very inexpensively ($10 per person or 25$ for families and groups up to 10 and $50 for groups of more than 10.

Group Surf lessons are $60.00 per person-There will be a Maximum 4 to a group

Semi-Private are $180- your group of 2 surfers with your own instructor ($55 for 3rd person)

Private are $135- 1 on 1 with your own instructor and includes pictures

All Lessons must be reserved in advance and a minimum of 2 people required. If only one person please note on the booking form and we will try to accommodate you by adding you to a group or you can choose the private lesson option.

OUR LOCATION : As we are internet based only, we do not have an actual storefront, (although that may change in 2024) all lessons must be reserved. To find us for your lesson, simply enter Mojo Surf Adventures into Waze or Google Maps. It will bring you to our little hidden dirt road in the jungle to the beach (MOJO sign at entrance). Take it 40 seconds to the end, park, leave nothing in the car (All is safe on the beach) and then walk the sort path to the beach.
